SHIPPING INFORMATION

J&K Store Online Trading process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 2-3 days (J&T express ) or 5-7 days (Registered Post) after it is sent.

J＆K Store Online Trading aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

For customers who buy products in our store, our store uses private express companies such as , J&T express and POSLAJU as the delivery method (except for East Malaysia addresses, we will arrange to use POS LAJU for delivery the way). All orders will be shipped the same day before 6pm. Usually the package will be received within three to four days of delivery. If you have not received the parcel in more than three days,
